Materials problem

Hi,

In 3ds Max 2023 When i put materials to selection object and i press "Assign materials to selection" it doesnt appear the color in Workspace. But when i do render it apears.

What i must do?

From what I can see in the screenshot that you have set your viewport to "Performance" mode. It will  show the material colors if you set to "Standard" or "High Quality"

It's not working again.

I tried all combinations from all channels but nothing.

It only shows in the final render.

I created a new object and it accepts the color. So I have done something to the model the existing one I have messed something up And it doesn't accept the color and I can't figure out what I have changed
