Which Lumion version is best for 3ds Max 2015?

Hi Lumion Users,

I am a newbie trying out with Lumion to create some water effect for a exterior pool. Currently using 3Ds Max 2015 and the Lumion version I got for trial is V4.02. Whenever I am trying to export max file nothing is showing up in the Lumion window. Does any one here has suggestion which Lumion version will suit with Max 2015? or there is just some setting needed to get 2015 max file working with the current version?

if im not mistaken, your current lumion version cant import 3dsmax file directly, you need to export first your 3dsmax object to collada or to fbx before importing it to lumion.

try the latest one, Lumion 6.0 or Lumion 6.5, it can import 3dsmax file smoothly

Hey, thanks for the suggestion, I took follow the first method and after converting the max file to other format I was able to import seamlessly in Lumion.
