Table fan animation

Animation made in autodesk 3d max 2018

Fan blades rotate on Y axis for 360 degrees in 180 frames

Helper rotates on Z axis for 120 degrees (From -60 to 60 ) in 1800 frames

Controller = Out of range = Loop used to animate both (fan blades and Helper )till end ie (1920 frames)

FPS 24

80 SEC animation...

The problem is the animation plays very unpredictable every time after having set all the things properly....

Sometimes the blades seen rotating in opposite direction.....

Sometimes moving with jerks

not seen moving properly 24 fps...

Getting problems in exporting to .avi........not playing properly in windows media player..

Same is the case with exporting .png sequence to AE for animation .........

Some unpredictable behaviour....

Lots of noise in final renders.......

Can anyone explain.....
