Hello Dear All,

 

When i`m using bone system linking to IK chain or even line vertexes i`m getting weird deformation as you can see down below:

Actual reference line very smooth and object itself also have enough height segments, bones are in smooth transaction , any idea ?

 

Note: Adding extra bones or increasing the height segment of cylinder wont work same result 😞

If the spline is not as smooth as you would like it is usually best to use fewer not more points. It also looks like you may be using Bezier smoothing between fit point and that the curvature handle may be too long forcing extra undulations.

 

The three splines below have the same fit points. The top spline uses "corner" at each vertex, the middle use Bezier and the bottom spline uses Smooth.

First of all thank you very much for reply @leeminardi

 

Reference line>bone>mesh (rope) and all as you mentions (corner,benzier,smooth) causing same problem..

 

I just reorganized curvatures short as much as possible and trying to catch smoothness, but still don`t understand why model (rope mesh) not keep following the reference line regarding to line itself. There is still deformation..
