Problem trying to move a model

Hello, I'm having a problem trying to move a model while animating. It only moves part of it and the main body stays in place.

I tried grouping and linking yet can't seem to find the solution. I'll add a video about what I'm talking about.

PS: I'm very new to the software and trying to learn a little bit by myself.

Typically with Biped animation, you only set  keyframes for the bones NOT the mesh+bones, which will create double transforms.

For example with your animation shown, you would only need to key the root of the biped.
