Playblasting AVI problem

I'm playblasting AVI and the compressors doesn't show.

I already updated my graphics card, tried to install different versions of 3Ds Max..
and still got that problem.

Everytime I try to proceed with that blank compressor,

3Ds Max will crash.

I have same problem. That compressor worked but yesterday I got into this setup and see those empty cells! 😞
