1. Have you looked at the Curve Editor and set all the curves to 'Linear?'

2. Have you created it again but by setting your start key first instead of coming back to set it? That could have caused a problem.

3. The file you uploaded is just a single plane with no animation on it. Maybe upload it again.

Yes. Clear the timeline, add box and make your own animation like mine. It will be the same problem.

That seems like a very simple .max file

Just upload it - much faster for you than creating a youtube video and much more information for us to work with...

Edit: Sorry, did not spot the attached file below the video!

It isn't the same problem. I can't reproduce it. I just wanted to inspect your file and see if I can find anything in it causing the issue.

You want to help but you don't know how to make a box, select box and plane and make a simple animation like me? Everything is shown in the video.
Here is an animation like in a movie

First thing to notice:

Your two objects have different animation controllers. The plane uses "TCB Position" controllers, whereas the box uses "Position XYZ" with linear tangents - which means they interpolate differently between key frames.

Second:

The plane is at z = 113.714 and the box is at z = 98.156 - which explains why they are at different heights.

@santaclous   I want to encourage you to tamp down on your unprofessional comments. We are all here trying  to help each other and none of us gets paid. We do it because we want to assist “positive” and “professional” users.

First thing Have you watched my movie? Do you understand that plane jumps when I add movement in the X direction.

Second: The box is only there so you can see how the plane jumps.

I change TCB to XYZ
