Max 2024 - Does 'Simplify Curve' or any of the other curve helpers work in the Curve Editor?

They have always worked in the past for me - but going back to animation using 2024, I find none of these work on any curve I create or get from a BIP import.

Am I missing something?

I take it this just doesn't work anymore, it did in 2021 - I wonder what happened to it?

I found the 'reduce keyframes' filter in the workbench menu which works perfectly.
