Importing Position and Rotation Data from csv

How can I import position and rotation data from a csv file?  I get hundreds of lines of data that I need to import into 3ds MAX.  What are the steps to import the file and attach it to an object and what is the format?

You could write a Maxscript that uses matrix transforms to define the position and rotation of the objects.  Here's a good reference of the matrix manipulation functions.

Can you post a few lines of the CVS data that show the format for the position/ rotation data?
