I want to add camera but it have fixed location

I buy deer model(animation available) and I want to make moving camera.

So I make target camera but it have just fixed location..

How can I make camera at location I want??

Your question is not clear.  Are you saying that you want the camera to have a fixed location or that it has a fixed location and you want to move it? If the former go to hierarchy and fix its position. For the latter  just select the camera and move it to where you want and then select the target and move it.

I mean that it has a fixed location and I want to move it. I try select and move camera but failed. I can move deer model. But in same way I failed to move camera and camera.target
New camera always produced at captured image's location.. Everytime.
