I can't use CATHDPivotTrans when I use Link constraint

I used CATHDPivotTrans in object. Then I used Link constraint. Now I can't use  CATHDPivotTrans again.
When I click Sub-Object Pivot It doesn't show up and buttons select and move are not active.
