Adding Bones

Hi! I'm new to 3DS Max, and was trying to create a simple bear + add bones and a simple animation. I used the human rig and adjusted it to fit to the bear. However, when I move parts of the bones, not all of the bear moves. Do you guys have an idea of what I did wrong?
