Adding Bones

Hi! I'm new to 3DS Max, and was trying to create a simple bear + add bones and a simple animation. I used the human rig and adjusted it to fit to the bear. However, when I move parts of the bones, not all of the bear moves. Do you guys have an idea of what I did wrong?

You will need to go into the Skin modifier and adjust the Envelopes to fit. Simply applying skin is not "job done", it requires some work to perfect the skinning setup.

If you have extension 1 for Max 2016 you can also use the automatic skinning systems that have now been added.
