3ds max change rest pose when exporting model with animation. Any help? ;w;

I have weird problem when exporting model with animation in 3ds max. It's rest pose should be t-pose, instead I got that. However animation looks fine. That pose is first frame of my animation, I already tried to making first keyframe t-pose and it didn't work. Any help ;w;?
