3ds Max 2018 I don't seem to have CAT

Hello, been modeling for a while and decided to take advantage of Max's CAT system, from watching tutorials, I don't seem to have the option anywhere, is it because I have a student version? It is not under Create > Helpers, and not on the command panel on the right. I have screenshots of both. Am I missing something?

It isn't indeed on the create menu, you need a maxscript to add it to a menu or toolbar.

But you can find it in the command panel, you just need to go to the helpers instead of geometry.
