2 objects with path constraints move together

i have 2 objects constrained to paths.  one path is an arc and the other is a line.  i would like the object on the line path to move down the path the same percentage as the object on the arc path.  can i link the percentage traveled together

Yes, you can link both percentages together using the Wire parameter system.

Take one of them, right click in viewport on top it, select Wire Parametrs, a parameters list appears.

Go down the Transform > Position > Percent.

You'll see a dotted line letting you pick the second object.

Again a parameters list appears, select Transform > Position > Percent.

The Wire parameter dialog appears.

Use the 2 way connection if you want to be able to edit any of the two object, or define which one to be the 'master'.

Then click on button 'Connect'.
