MAXScript Garbage Collection Error

Since i upgrade my RAM from 8GB to 16GB i get often this error:

An unknown error occurred while MAXScript was
performing garbage collection.
If you get this error multiple times, recommend restarting max

---------------------------

This comes if i "reset" the scene or open a other scene.

Have anyone the same problems?

Seems that this related to this: http://area.autodesk.com/forum/t65635 - It's a error in a max file. Remerge everything in a fresh new scene will fix it.
