Need to learn 3ds max

hi guys, I want to learn 3ds max for Gaming and Animation... I dont know where to start with.

Should i buy a book or learn from internet

if through internet, which site?

i want to learn from the basics... Any help would be appreciated

And also if you guys have any video tutorials about the basics...please do provide it...plz 🙂

Help in Max is a very effective way to start. Get in Max, press f1 or help>tutorials and read on.

I learned a great deal about Max that way myself.

Consider enrolling a school or a course in Max. While not free it is probably by far the most efficient way to learn it. Learning onsite from a live tutor is the best way to go, if you can afford it.
