How do I add BeginShoulderRollover station?

Refer to the drawing here. 

I want to add a BeginShoulderRollover at station 130.16, as shown below.

How can I do that? In the absence of import CSV or or using script, I seem to unable to do it. I can't even find the correct icon to click and to edit. 

How can I do that in UI?

Hi @soonhui,
To add the shoulder rollover, please use Superelevation Wizard. Calculate the superelevation again and navigate to shoulder control in the calculate superelevation panel. 

  

If you are using Excel, please add the required begin and end shoulder rollover in the file; see the test file attached. use the import excel option to overwrite the values
