Issue with profile that was imported from genio file

Hi, 

I have imported one Genio file into my Civil3D which contains plan and profile, when I'm trying to edit profile it is not giving me the option. Seems profile got freeze.

I have never imported any information like this, but if you could share some screenshots or even better, the drawing, someone may be able to help you out.

Its an output of what software?

Genio is one of the output format from MXRoads

Here I have attached snapshot of the profile that was imported from Genio file. I'm not even able to change the location of IP or change the curve properties. Same thing happening with alignment also.

The snapshot is not very clear to determine what is going on

  Instead of clicking the info button, what options do you have if you click on the green profile editor button to its right?  Sharing the actual drawing would make it easier to assist with a cause and possible workaround.

Can you share your file to take look?

Also, during the export of your file (in MX roads) are there any compatibility option? I am not aware of MX Roads.
