Hi, wrong forum if you ask about "generic" Autodesk software and not only Vred.

You have to write here: Autodesk Installation and Licensing Forum

But i never heard about your issue... at work we have several programmers that uses developing platforms and Autodesk software all the day.

Maybe a "gaming" pc is not the best choice for a professional use.

Best

Hi Everyone,

I'm encountering a compatibility issue between Autodesk software and programming software on my gaming PC, which features an i7 processor. I'm hoping to seek advice and suggestions from the knowledgeable individuals in this community.

To provide some context, I have a gaming PC with the following specifications:

Processor: Intel i7
Graphics Card: [Nvidia]
RAM: [8GB]
Storage: [1TB SSD]
Operating System: [Windows 10]

The problem arises when I attempt to use Autodesk software alongside programming software. It seems that these two types of software are conflicting, leading to various issues and instability.

Some of the problems I have encountered include crashes, slow performance, unexpected errors, and system freezes. These difficulties impede my productivity as I rely on both Autodesk software for design tasks and programming software for my coding work.

I have tried troubleshooting steps like reinstalling the software, updating drivers, and checking for any conflicting background processes. However, these efforts have not resolved the compatibility issue. I believe that seeking advice from experienced individuals who may have faced a similar situation could greatly assist in finding a solution.

If any of you have encountered compatibility issues between Autodesk software and programming software, especially on an i7 gaming PC, I would greatly appreciate your insights. Any suggestions, workarounds, or troubleshooting steps would be immensely helpful.

Furthermore, if you require additional information about my PC setup, the specific Autodesk software and programming software versions, or any other relevant details, please let me know, and I'll be glad to provide them.

Thank you all in advance for your valuable contributions!

Best regards,
Steve
