In a first, I would like you to understand that asking for code from an IA (especially in lisp) is a real false good idea.

There are people on the web who give examples for learning, go to these sites if you really want to learn.
They put a lot of effort into people like you.

If it is just for once and the desire to learn is not your motivation, tell us, and the “humans” present will write your code.

I usually ignore messages based on an AI’s inability.

What ever happened to pythagoras for length ? Right angle triangle.

When I went to school no AI, bit like Dick Tracy talking to his watch for communication.

Pythagoras's method is exactly what this in the original code does:

(setq hypotenuse (sqrt (+ (* width width) (* height height))))
