Is there a lisp that can merge text with point as z (elevation) value

I have a drawing in which elevation is written as text with points... i want to add these texts to their respective point. if there is a lisp..please provide me

And place the text exactly how it looks now as an attribute?

Determining what MTEXT goes with what POINT entity is going to be tricky on some areas, some are clusterd too close together, distance between them also varies that it may require a fuzz value to capture the adjacent TEXT per point. But its certainly doable.

not all together... select one text and one point and merge them

i have a lisp that convert mtext to point but the problem is it takes the XY coordinate from the Mtext location..if anyone can modify it to select the point for XY then it will solve my problem

Select by pair, one MTEXT and one POINT entity.
