Text justification for regular text (and attributes) is dxf codes 72, 73.
Mtext, I'm not sure but you can find it in the help files.
Is there a way in lisp to retrieve the justification for a selected text
entity?

There are many times when other people do work in my drawings and their text
has the wrong justification (the leader is to the left of the text and the
text's justification is set at MR-Middle Right). I would like to be able to
issue a command, select the text and it automagically sets the justification
to the opposite of what it is set for. So, if there is a text entity with
justification set to MR-Middle Right and has a leader to the left of it, I
can enter <COMMAND>, select the text and it would set the justification to
ML-Middle Left. If this at all possible, how would I go about doing it?
