Thank you for reply.

Maybe it could be solved with cogo points then, which can be iserted by Z increment on feature line.

Cogo points are inserted by the featureline vertical info with CreatePtIncrmntlElev, the featureline is then replaced by new featureline created following the cogo points. Still, CreatePtIncrmntlElev increments are based on the start/end point elevation of the original feature line, not decimal intervals which are the contour intersections.

This was in discussion also on Civil board, I post it here as well, is there a lisp to insert PVI to featureline by vertical interval, at tenths of Z coordinate, after every 0,1 m etc (at surface contour intersections).

The purpose is to to receive more expressive surface which has triangles cornering the contour intersections with less manual interruption.

I don't believe there is a way to do that, especially with LISP. LISP can do some things with Civil 3D objects, but cannot get into most extended data properties of Civil 3D objects. Furthermore, the .NET API still does not have full Feature Line functionality and also cannot do what you are asking.

What you could do, is explode the feature line and deal with it as a 3DPOLYLINE, and then convert it back to a feature line.
