That could be the DECK3 pattern from this source, or possibly DIAMONDTREAD from this one.

some time ago, I downloaded a hatch pattern with no script for it to copy into my .pat file. is there a way to pull it from the pattern itself?

on a side note, does anyone know how to create based off of a pattern? I have seen different types and styles for diamond plate, but I'm kind of particular to this one. I think it's the best looking one I've seen out there so far. can someone help?

(I know diamond plate has been covered before, but like I mentioned, I am particular to the one I keep copying over from drawing to drawing.)

@ecapati wrote:

why is it not showing properly on my side? do you know why?

What does "not showing properly" mean? Does it draw something but not what you expect? Does it not list the pattern as available for you to use? Are there any error messages? Etc., etc.

Are you using it at an appropriate scale?

If it draws something but the pieces don't line up nicely, and you're working very far from the drawing origin, does giving it an origin within [or close to] itself fix it, or does it work well when used closer to the drawing origin?

Are you putting it into its own file, or adding it into your acad.pat file? If in its own file, does the file name [minus the .pat ending] exactly match the pattern name defined in it? In either case, does the file end with an empty line, not with the last line of the pattern definition?
