preserve case in layer name

Hello AutoCAD,

Is there a preference or something that sets the layer names? I want
the following:

txtParcel

but get this:

Txtparcel

when viewing from the AutoCAD "Layer & Linetype Properties" window.

Jeff:
it doesn't matter what case you used to name the layer,

1. First ucase in the (autocad's)layer listbox
2. All ucase in the layer table.

AutoCAD 2000 preserves the case that you type.
