Auto-Launching Macros When Drawing Opens

I know that a VBA project can be embedded in a drawing. Is it possible have one of the macros automatically launch when someone opens the drawing?

I have the following in my AcadDoc.lsp on the Server:

(vl-load-com)
(vl-vbarun "h:/vba/acad.dvb!acad.Open_chk")

When a a dwg earlier than Rel 15 is opened, the user is prompted to do
some stuff.

Include this file in the AutoCAD directory and any VBA file that is in
the same directory is loaded...
