FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x0000 Exception at E0B2E497h

Get this when a customer activates a command that (in VBA) checks to see if Excel is open. Happens in ACAD 2018 and 2019. It is only happening on the one customers computer, no others are having issues like this.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

If the user logs into that PC as a new user, does the problem remain?
