Hi,

I use RegObj - one of numerous available methods.

Search for "Regobj", download it and the help files with it tell you all you
need to know inclusive of sample code for both reading and writing to the
registry.
registry before

Hi Nate,

The value is stored in the registry. You could change it there.
I am looking for a way to set the Main Customization File path using vba.
Any ideas on how to do this. I saw a system var that may be my answer but
it is set to read only. The var name was menuname.

any help would be appreciated.
I haven't got 2006 installed but in 2005 the menu could be set with the following property.
ThisDrawing.Application.Preferences.Files.MenuFile
I would assume it is similar for the CUI in 2006.
