I had similar VBA problems a few years ago and discovered that VBA was not
installed if (Acad) "Typical installation" was selected. I had to
re-install Acad using "Full Install" (possibly "Custom Install") to make VBA
available.

Just a guess though.
"Failed to Load Project from File" message

When I attempt to load a dvb (via VBARUN command), I get the above message. The macro security dialog is displayed and I select "Enable Macros", then the error is displayed. I've tried loading a dvb that I created a while back, which works, and all of the sample vba projects supplied with AutoCAD. None of them will load.

Our IT staff just reinstalled ACAD on my machine (A2K, network license). My VB loaded fine on the previous installation. It quit loading after the reinstallation.

Is there a security setting in AutoCAD that prevents macros from running, or is it a system setting that the network administrator will need to change? I did notice that (for some reason) all of the local AutoCAD folders are "read-only", which is set by the administrator.

Thanks for your help!!
