Automation Error.. Unspecified Error

I've written an application that runs fine on several computers but on one computer I get Automation Error.. Unspecified Error as the application tries to load. All computers are running windows xp pro, and Autocad 2008 with the same search path and same references.
Any Ideas??

I figured ti out.
One of the activex controls in the odd machine was a different service pack number that the control the application was using.

dsanis, I have been dealing with this issue for hours, can you expand on your fix (ActiveX service Pack?) I am looking without success.

What I'd like to know is how to late bind the references for Architecture and MEP.
So I can add the reference for that specific version that is currently running.
I'm writing for both 2008 and 2009. And I have to change the references manually in each version.
