Exporting Advanced Search Results with Job Processor

I have setup 4 advanced searchs of change orders that I export the results to excel sheets. The sheets then feed a Microsoft Power BI dashboard. The data is currently updated manually by clicking through and exporting to overwrite the sheets. I want to setup the job processor to do this once an hour. Is this possible? Or some other solution...Thanks for the help.

Have you tried using the Vault Data API with the PowerBI sample app?

I haven't. Does that connect Vault and Power BI directly? I didn't think that was possible because vault didn't allow it. I am using Power BI desktop. Would that make it so I don't have to perform the advanced searches? And would it be live updates?

It is a sample of how to use it, but you will need to make some code changes to get what you want. It uses the Vault API, and you must be on Vault 2025.2 at minimum.

Our team is currently on Vault Professional 2024.4.1 Can I just update my seat to 2052.2 and not mess everyone else up? If so, I'd like to give it a try.
