Signs into Client, but not the apps (2023)

I have a new user who, for whatever reason, is able to log into the Vault client, but when signing into Vault from within the CAD apps (Acad Mech/Inventor) he gets the spinning blue wheel until he gets the "timed out" error and the app closes down.

We've tried this on the LAN, on Wi-Fi, on and off VPN....same deal.

Just hoping someone has a possible idea on what to check for or some way of moving forward on this as he's at a standstill.

All worked fine last week during set up and trial run using his account, today, his first day opening the apps, and this.

All apps are of the 2023 release and all are up to date on service packs.

Well, a little headway made, he's now able to sign into Vault from within Inventor...it takes about 5 minutes but he eventually gets in.

Acad, still no dice.

I'm thinking at this rate, if we wait long enough, he'll be able to.

Try all software updates, plus the update you can download for the Autodesk Single Sign On component available at your manage.autodesk.com page.
