Hello.

I enabled a big part of our Vault for duplicate search. About 700 of 50,000 files could not be indexed.

I disabled and re-enabled the duplicate search. This should maintain the existing duplicate search indexes and add any failed jobs back to the queue. (that also solved 8 of the 708 cases)

Unfortunately I cannot see in my job queue which files exactly are not indexed.

How to get a list of the 700 files? If I see which files are not indexed I can judge if it is a problem for me or neglectable. (I want to use the duplicate search for a specific purpose only)

The job queue just shows batches and not individual files.

For all other indexing jobs there was no issue with permissions. I know that the problem could be certain life cycle settings in which the job processor should be added in security settings and so on, but the first step for me is to see which files are not indexed.

Does anybody have an idea How to get a list of the not indexed files?

There isn't a way to see the list of files that still need to be re-indexed. You should select the jobs that failed and click Re-submit.

Thank you for your advice, for sure I tried re-submitting before.

I can understand that there are complicated files that cannot be indexed for a certain reason.

The problem is that these files seem to be an obstacle to the processing of other files in these batches.
