Vault Config Import/Export not bringing lifecycle properties.

Hi there AD champs.

I am configuring a Vault Pro setup for a new client and did the full creation of lifecycles, transitions, groups, users etc. (The whole configuration requirement) on my local machine and then Exported the config.

However, when I import the config on another machine, even in a test environment, none of my configuration shows up. For example, my security for transitions and what groups etc. can perform tasks are all empty.

Is there a limitation to what configuration can be exported/imported or am I potentially doing something wrong?

Hi Jonathan,

i too have experienced this issue.

the solution that resolved my issue is as follows:

create all relevant users and groups
remove all existing "unnecessary" Categories and Lifecycles
re-import the CFG file
