Job Processor, Login ID is wrong

I used the wrong type of user ID (Windows instead of Vault) to login job processor on my job processor computer. The setting is greyed out and I can't find anyway to change the account.

Error message is: The user name and/or password appears to be invalid; please try again

I have tried

sign on from autodesk account

reboot

Start Job processor

When I Login, it goes to the autodesk account login but then reuses the exiting incorrect account.

Vault Pro 2024 on Windows 10

In the Job Processor dialog, go to the File menu and click Pause.

Once it is in the Paused state, go to the Administration menu and click Settings.

You should then be able to change the credentials.

Go back to File Menu and select Resume.

I am having a similar issue, but when I enter my credentials which are still working with my vault and inventor programs I am still getting the error message

The user name and/ or passord appears to be invalid
