You are correct that they are needed for visualization through the Vault Client and Thin Client, but the question is, when is the DWF needed.</P> <P>Some want DWFs for every version. Therefore, you would turn on the option to send the creation to the Job Processor during check-in.&nbsp;</P> <P>For others, they may only need the DWF when the files are released. Then they would turn it on as an Action during the transition to the Released state.&nbsp;</P> <P>There are those who don't create them at all. Yup, this is true.
