I cannot check files back into Vault. I keep getting an error message (see image below). Here is the description of my problem. If I create a brand new part (TEST.ipt) I CAN check it in to Vault without any issues but if I check out, I can no longer check it back in. Step by step. 1- Created part.2- Checked it into Vault (no problem).3- Checked it out (no problem).4- Check part back in to Vault, here is where my issues began.    a) Clicked the "Check In" button    b) I was promted to enter comments    c) Entered comments    d) Clicked Ok       Here is where I get the error, as soon as I click the ok button the following error popup.  ERROR: <IMG border="0" width="399" src="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/162992iC5659C6D5218F4D7/image-size/original?v=mpbl-1&px=-1" alt="error vault.png" height="419" title="error vault.png" /> Any idea why this is happening?  FYI - Other users don't have this issue.
