Migrating CREO files from Windchill to Autodesk Vault

Hello All,

Currently we are using CREO 9.0.4.0 as CAD software and Windchill 12.1.2.2 as PDM system.

We want to investigate the possibility to migrate all version of EPM documents from Windchill to Autodesk Vault Professional 2024 and switch to Vault as a PDM system.

For testing, manually I checked IN a CREO asm/drw file in Vault(+ all parts in asm) and later opened it from Vault in CREO. It can read the dependencies and load the asm/drw with all existing constraints and can be edited in CREO. Also the user defined parameters were also migrated with current values but the metadata driven by Windchill (like revision/ life cycle state) was not migrated.

Does anyone know how to bulk migrate EPM documents with proper mapping of metadata? Is there any tool for this?

You need to work with your Autodesk Partner or Reseller to migrate the data properly.
