HI All,

Please could anyone help with this issue.

I am installing Vault Basic Server 2017 from the product design suite premium package and i am coming accross this error:

"Failed Connecting to SQL Server - 'server=localhost\AUTODESKVAULT;user id = sa;password=*******'

I know for a fact that the AUTODESKVAULT folder located in C/programfiles/Microsoft SQL server has been deleted.

Is there anyway i can re-install the AUTODESKVAULT SQL server so i can continue with my server installation?

If i re-downloaded the product design suite and installed again, would this install the missing AUTODESKVAULT SQL server again?

Sorry guys.

Problem SOLVED -

Had to uninstall the SQL database using Control Panel\Add or Remove Features.

Once removed, i ran the installation process for the Vault Server and it let me install a new SQL database and set my own passwords instead of trying to connect to an existing AUTODESKVAULT data base as it no longer existed.

Works fine now

Hi which version of sql server do you have to remove

I have 2005 2008 2012 and 2014?
