topic Vault path too long in Vault Forum

I began getting the error about 2 weeks ago, saying that the back up failed due to a file name being too long. I have spoken to the other users, only a handful of us, and no one was working on any old projects, so the error must be in a new file as I run a back up usually twice a week. I can not local the file.

I have use the "Long Path Tool" to search for the file where I have my file store located on the server, and I get no results of a file name being over 240 characters (limit is 258) so I should be in the clear, yet it still won't back up.

Should I be running the Long Path Tool in a different location? Is there a way for vault to generate a log file that can tell me which part is the problem? It errors out on a certain database, 2 of 14, is there anyway to use that information to narrow down at least where to look for the part?

Also, my ADMS console now says my vaults have never been back up, even though I have the "verify back up" checked, and have re-loaded the vault from a back up before. I am running vault basic if that matters.

Thanks for your help
