The list you were given after the validate command should show you where the files should be located in the file store. You can look at the file store from the old server and manually copy those files to the new server's file store location.

Hi,

We recently upgraded our vault server from 2014 professional to 2015 professional.

We had 3 vault servers in total. Our main one at HQ and two at our other offices that replicated to the main one. We switched replication off prior to upgrading as we can manage on our main HQ server.

We have come across some files that are coming up that they are missing or corrupted.

We have been able to open them up on one of the old vault servers running 2014 at our other branch that were previously being replicated to our main server.

After running the validate file store from the command line on the main HQ running 2015 it has listed the files that are missing or corrupted.

Is there a way we can get the files off the old vault server onto our new main 2015 vault?

thanks,

Gordon.
