Hi,

To improve collaboration in our office we recently installed Vault Server and Basic 2016.
We have configured a basic vault, created a project file for the vault, defined workspace locations etc.
So far so good and all of the clients can easily connect to the vault server and check files in and out from the vault client.

odd thing is, we can't check files in from within Inventor.

When we click on 'Check In' in Inventor, the dialog appears but shows a blank list stating '0 files / 0 KB' and greying out the OK-button.
To make it even stranger "Undo check out" does work, listing the file(s) and undoing the check-out.

I have played around with the settings but with no effect.

is this a limitation of Vault Basic? or do I need to change a specific setting or apply a hotfix?

We're using Vault Server 2017 with Vault Basic 2016 and Inventor 2016 (SP2) installed from the PRDSU 2016.

I would expect that to work. Is it possible to log a support case so that we can better trouble shoot the issue?

We've managed to resolve the issue: I asked my colleague to create a pack&go from the highest assembly level. While creating I noticed some of the refrence links where scrambled (pointing to other, older, folders) we resolved all incorrect references, placed the entire assembly + all files and subfolders in a new dir and checked it in using Inventor instead of using the Autoloader as I previously did. Thank you for your help. Regards, Maarten
