    <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried to start a copy design and received the following error message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="VaultIndexError.JPG" style="width: 483px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/269468iD5C3E71CCB8D4A19/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="VaultIndexError.JPG" alt="VaultIndexError.JPG" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;﻿&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've never seen this before.&amp;nbsp; Any troubleshooting help would be greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Additional info.:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Autodesk Vault Basic 2017 Build 22.0.48.0&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Microsoft SQL Server 2012 SP3 (Build 11.0.6020.0)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm not sure whether or not it's just a coincidence, but I defragmented the Vault database from the ADMS Console.&amp;nbsp; Since then I haven't had any problems.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
