thin client of Vault 2016 does not works

Hi,

I just install Vault pro 2016 server. found thin client does not work.
run setup again, use Install Tools & Utilities, it show thin client already installed
go to IIS, compare with 2014, AutodeskTC folder is not there
what could be wrong? how to troubleshooting it?

What do you see in "Add Remove Programs"? If you have the 2016 Thin Client, I would remove it and any other versions that is showing up. At that point, try the install again. Your assessment is correct in that IIS Management should have a similar structure to that of 2014.
