I am trying to open a ticket.

I go thru this website and cannot find contact button

that does not open an email window.

I am having a horrendous trouble with vault.

I am getting corrupted files and cannot put parts in vault.

I needs some help.....

The email button is a general idea for the forums, post on the idea board here:

There are many points of contact, Autodesk is a quality company with many users. They're crammed with support, your best bet is to share screenshots, errors, and lines of text with forum users like ourselves. A response from Autodesk may take up to two weeks.

2. Select appropriate subtopics from the pull-down menus

3. Select “I Still Need Help” and the option for Chat will appear

vault issues

I am trying to vault files and these messages pop up.
As a result I have gotten corrupted files. Not a happy camper.
