Error 1322 Could not delete item iterations

Hi all. I'm getting further into my Vault Item Master rollout by practicing importing our ERP Item Master into a sandbox Vault via CSV file. I've been successful with the csv import into other sandboxes before.

However, I'm currently getting an error 1322, Could not delete item iterations when trying to import a 5000 row csv. Some of the importing items might have already been in the item master (making the import and update for those items). I then deleted the entire contents of the item master before executing the import, but receive the same error.

Does anyone have any experience with this error or suggestions on ways to troubleshoot? Maybe something to look for in the logs?

Hi Scott,

I would look at the Vault logs to see if the error shows up and if there is more information. So it works when you import into a new Vault but this vault already had Items with the same name and deleting them did not help. If you try to import a smaller number of Items do you get the same error?

The errors show in the server log, but there doesn't appear to be much insight to the cause. I attached two logs, showing a 1322 and 1362. The 1362 occurred on a smaller Assign Items selection. I'll keep playing to see if I can drill down into smaller sets to isolate a problem file(s).
