Hi,

i know nothing about Vault, i am collecting infos.

Is it possibile to extract Inventor data from Vault? (With metadatas too). (Inventor 2017).

I have read that there is a tool in beta, but not stable.

What do you suggest as the best way?

There is ways to do this, but are you trying to get all versions and all revisions of a file or just the most current?

Well getting the data out of Vault is easy, you can just to a Get on the entire Vault since you don't need old versions or revisions of the files.

The metadata is still part of the files, is it the Vault specific UDPs that you would need?

Maybe describe your reasoning or process a bit more for a better picture of what you are trying to accomplish.
