    <description>&lt;P&gt;Today I was running the Windows 10 Creators Update. After the Update my Vault Client anwers: 'Vault Basic 2017 could not find Data Management Services on localhost.' Same from Inventor-Client.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My Vault Server Management console finds my Vault instances.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried to Switch off the Firewall with the same result as with Firewall running.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just before the creator's Update everything was working well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm running the German Version of Inventor/Vault 2017.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help is appreciated!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/vault-products/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Error-Vault-Addin-could-not-find-the-Data-Management-Services-on-SERVERNAME.html" target="_blank"&gt;Could not find data management services.&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This would most likely resemble an IIS problem, apart from the steps mentioned in the below article please try the following too on the ADMS -&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;1. in CMD type IISRESET /STOP&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. navigate to location "C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\Temporary ASP.NET Files\ " and clear the contents&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;in CMD type IISRESET /START&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;4. Try connecting.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Mr. Kumar,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thank you very much for your very quick response!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to stop the Services and removed all the Contents of the Folder.       <description>&lt;P&gt;To close loop here, we had to add the Vault impersonation account ( which is by default) 'AutodeskVault' to the local system's 'administrators' group.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Vault Server 2018.1 does not work in Windows 10 Fall Creators Update&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got tempted to install the latest Windows 10 (1709) RTM and ran into problems With Vault Server.&lt;BR /&gt;When logging in, the error Message is: Vault Pro 2018 could not find the Data Management Services on &amp;lt;server name&amp;gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When trying to do a repair, I get the following error: IIS is not running as the default web server.&lt;BR /&gt;I have added the AutodeskVault user to local administrators. That was the solution for the previous Windows Version.&lt;BR /&gt;Before I roll back, I would like to know if there are any solutions that would help. Obviously this has to be fixed when Windows 10 (1709) is publicly available.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Last night our vault server updated to the windows 10 fall creators update.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now we can’t access the vault.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It gives ‘Vault Basic 2018 could not find the Data Management Services on &amp;lt;server name&amp;gt;’ as an error-message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I try to backup the vault, ADMS gives the error ‘Failure calling web services on 'http://server-2015/'. See log for details..’&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the IIS Manager I can see that AutodeskDMPool and AutodeskFSPool are stopped. I don’t know if they must be running. If I force them to run, they will stop again immediately.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’ve tried disabling the firewall and McAfee Total protection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone have an idea how to fix the problem?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kind regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Robert Benjamins&lt;/P&gt;</description>
