Duplicate search error

Our jobprocessors loglevel is already set to 1, and this is the log.

Parts are not indexed. Does anybody have an idea what might be wrong?

I opened a part that failed to index and see this.

The Jobprocessor user has permissions to download the part, right?

I would open up a support ticket so someone can test this part in his environment to doublecheck. Also you can share the server logs then to see if there is something suspicious.

One thing you could check is to enable the job retry and set it to 2 to see if a subsequent job would fix the issue:

Could it be something on Windows security level?

If I logon with the same Vault account on my laptop as on the dedicated machine, it works. On the dedicated machine it does not.

one would need to see maybe a process monitor trace to see what it does when it fails

These are parts that fail. Maybe you can test them on your side?

Could it be that it is template related? On my machine this works well, with same jobadmin account.
